  The International Society of Folk Harpers and Craftsmen (ISFHC) is intended to meet the need of the individual folk harper and builder for communication with his or her fellow artists. It began in 1980 out of the readership of the Folk Harp Journal and in 1985 it became a California nonprofit corporation. Today, with a yearly membership of almost sixteen hundred, it provides a focus for folk harp activities worldwide.

Friends of Florida Folk is an organization for Floridians participating in folk arts including music, dance and storytelling. Their website includes a calendar of regular jam sessions and special events around the state.

Young Harpers Almanac celebrates the dreams, ideas, and musical journeys of young harp players from around the world. We invite young people who love the harp to contribute to our unique music magazine.

The Harp Therapy Journal, published quarterly by Silva Vocat Music, is dedicated to furthering education, research, communication and awareness in the emerging field of harp therapy. Editor Sarajane Williams conceived the journal as a vehicle for harpists, music therapists, physicians, nurses, researchers, psychologists, physicists, educators and harp music lovers to share ideas and information on the subject.

The Harp Column is a magazine for pedal and lever harp players of all styles and abilities. Our motto is "practical news for practical harpists" and our articles include music, CD, and product reviews, tips for both professional and beginning harpists, and interviews with harpists who are making news today.

The American Harp Society. Our aim is to promote and foster the appreciation of the harp as a musical instrument, to encourage the composition of music for the harp and to improve the quality of performance of harpists.
